General Recruitment Tips

Let me try as much as possible to make this more practical.
The below is very important.

We often hear this: Do not demand too much when asked for salary expectations. This is not rightly said. In as much as you are trying to motivate people, it is also important to consider the impact of our words. Sometimes, people are not as self-assured as you may think and telling them not to demand too much can create in them some form of low self-worth. Which may not get them the job anyway.
Guys you deserve the best any company can offer. You have to value yourself. If you are at the stage where you have been asked to come in for interview, it is best to envisage that they will ask you your salary expectations.

What is the right thing to do?
Research on the salary scale of the company and ask the right salary accordingly. Its simple. There is no way you will research about most companies anywhere and you will not get their salary scale. Research and ask the right amount accordingly. Do not make the mistake of thinking you do not want to ask too much.

Ask accordingly to what you have researched.

2nd point. Build your skills and confidence
. Not one person is totally confident. NOT ONE. So if you think your fears and fidgeting is unique to you, kindly think again. Even the best speakers and most intelligent and brilliant people in the world doubt themselves sometimes.

How do you build your skills and confidence?

I will make it simple. Register for professional exams, read on skill acquisition online especially the niche you are looking to build your career and study confidence development strategies.
You have to practice them. Examples;

a) No matter what, do not look down when speaking to people. It takes practice to learn this.
b) Do not walk too slow across a room. It shows you are not confident enough in your self.
c) Always breathe in and out intensively like drawing huge air in and silently release them before you walk into a room.

All these things are skills that can be developed. Very few are in-born.

Lastly, there is no way you will have qualifications and study hard extensively and not build your confidence. Kindly read more articles about this.

Create a job.
This is the most difficult part for me. I hear about so many employers and entrepreneurs and job creators and it is beyond my understanding how they go about it growing a business from small to big. I need help in this regard too.

However, what I can advice is try to figure out your passion. What comes natural to you. I think that is one of the best way to know what you should do in life.
Other ways to know what business to get into is what is thriving at the moment.

What are the things that picks your interest easily.
What set skills do you have that can bring in money for you if utilized and engaged.
What needs need to be met where you are.
