Other times, recruitment is geared toward filling more strategic roles in the future, such as management positions, and these companies may invest significant time and resources in training. In such cases—like with banks and multinational corporations—the recruitment process may take months.
Not all organizations follow the same recruitment approach. Some prefer internal recruitment, where they encourage their staff to refer qualified candidates to fill a specific job requirement. This method helps them get strong recommendations from within the organization.

- Job Advertisements and Application Timing:The first step in recruitment is identifying available positions. When you see a job ad, apply as soon as possible. The earlier you submit your application, the higher the chance your resume will be reviewed. Many HR departments use software to filter resumes, so if your CV doesn’t meet the requirements, it might be automatically eliminated before even reaching a human reviewer.
